We use a complete arrangement-exchange system. Every month, we deliver a professionally arranged, finished orchid display and collect the ceramic pot from your previous delivery to clean and reuse — you never need to arrange the plants yourself.
A ceramic display pot is provided as part of the subscription exchange service. The previous ceramic pot will be collected when your new arrangement is delivered. A replacement charge of SGD 40 may apply if the pot is missing or severely damaged.
