Delivery Policy

Each plan includes one scheduled delivery per calendar month, made once per calendar month — not on a fixed weekly interval.

Future monthly deliveries follow the preferred delivery week you select when subscribing.

Standard Singapore delivery is included in every subscription plan.

Restricted locations, urgent delivery requests and special time-slot requests may incur additional charges. See /build-your-subscription for current lead-time and date settings.

We do not promise an exact delivery time unless a paid time-slot request has been confirmed in advance.
