Solo Bloom pot system

Your first delivery includes a flowering Phalaenopsis, a reusable ceramic display pot, decorative finishing and orchid-care instructions. For every delivery after that, we send a fresh replacement plant in a simple nursery pot — you place it inside your original ceramic pot, and we offer an optional collection service for the previous plant.

Duo & Trio Bloom pot system

We use a complete arrangement-exchange service. Every month, we deliver a professionally arranged, finished orchid display and collect the ceramic pot from your previous delivery to clean and reuse. You never need to arrange the plants yourself.

Common questions, answered

How many deliveries are included?

A 3-month plan includes exactly 3 deliveries, a 6-month plan includes exactly 6 deliveries, and a 12-month plan includes exactly 12 deliveries — one scheduled delivery per calendar month.

Is the ceramic pot included?

Yes. A reusable ceramic display pot is provided as part of every subscription. For Solo Bloom, you keep the original pot and simply place each fresh replacement plant inside it. For Duo Bloom and Trio Bloom, we deliver a complete finished arrangement each month and collect the previous ceramic pot for cleaning and reuse.

Can I select an orchid colour?

Yes, you can choose a preferred colour — white, pink, purple, mixed, or Surprise Me. Please note that orchid colours and varieties are subject to seasonal availability, so the exact shade cannot be guaranteed.

What happens to the previous orchid?

For Solo Bloom, we offer an optional collection service for your previous plant when we deliver the replacement. For Duo Bloom and Trio Bloom, the previous arrangement's ceramic pot is collected when the new arrangement is delivered as part of our pot-exchange service.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. You can update your delivery address at any time from your account dashboard, ahead of your next scheduled delivery.

Can I pause or reschedule a delivery?

Yes. You can request to pause your subscription or reschedule an upcoming delivery from your account dashboard, subject to our minimum lead time.
